Epi Elite (Epistane Clone)

October 21st, 2014

I started a cycle Epi Elite (Epistane Clone) of on August 31st and will be taking my last cap in a few hours. I though I’d post a review for those interested. Dosing was 30/45/60/60. I was hesitant to go to 60mg, but people told me to listen to my body and if I had no sides then go for it.

Thankfully, I really had no negative sides to speak of the whole time. No blood pressure issues, no hair loss, and strong libido all through cycle. I had very minor calf pumps a few times on the Stairmaster and only had noticeable back pumps twice, but they were never enough to impact my workout. I kept an eye on my boys and noticed no significant change in size throughout the cycle.

For support supplements I used N2 Guard (7 caps a day) and Super Cissus RX (6 to 8 caps a day). My joints held up well the whole time. I only started to have a little pain in my elbow & wrist joints and some tendons in the middle of this week. I also used HCGenerate (5 caps a day) starting in week two.

Diet was a totally clean six meals a day – high protein and plenty of healthy fats, with carbs coming in the form of a grapefruit at breakfast and oats with pre and post workout meals.

Strength increases were real nice. They really became noticeable around day 10 and kept going up from there. I was setting PRs on virtually every exercise at each workout. The big core lifts went up nicely – 20 pounds on deadlift, around 20 on bench, and not sure on squats since a few pages of workout logs went missing. I also had a 25 pound increase on Smith behind the neck presses. Today I was doing curls and pushdowns with the full stack on the cable-pulley setup.

And now for the numbers everyone wants to know. I started at 187.6 pounds and weighed in this afternoon at 198.2, a little over a 10 pound gain. My goal was 200 but I still consider this a success since I came very close and strength shot up nicely. I started a slow lean bulk in September at a shredded 166 and my long term goal was 200 with abs and I’ve pretty much met that goal, partially thanks to Epi Elite (Epistane Clone). Lean bulking is so the way to go – I’ve put on 32 pounds since September and I’m still wearing the same size khakis. I have a comprehensive post cycle therapy lined up with a SERM and other stuff so I’m hoping to add a little bit more over the next few weeks.

I ended up with 4 weeks of Epi Elite (Epistane Clone) (along side CEL’s Stano-Drol for the duration at 450mg and then 600mg). As could be expected, it was pretty slow to start off at 30mg, and at 45mg I couldn’t really visually notice much, but I did take notice on the day I did about 8 sets of incline bench press after a full delt workout and nearly Personal Record’ed on a ~2,500 cal/day diet compared to the ~4,500 cal/day diet I was looking at when I set the Personal Record this summer.

Then, at 60mg I really enjoyed it (note that CEL’s H-Drol was now in play at 50mg, too). From a scientific standpoint for determining things, I didn’t do the best job (though admittedly that was not my top priority here). This was my first hormonal run of any kind and I’d like to call it successful, though it wasn’t quite as much as I had expected.

This is a product that I will definitely run again and likely at a higher dose (60mg right out the gate and maybe even 75mg). Since it was my first run, I was very cautious. I didn’t notice any negative sides from this at all (aside from some initial acne, which extra scrubbing with the loofah seemed to take care of).

Strength is an area where this really shined. I didn’t notice much for size (obviously), since I was in caloric deficit, but it does react interestingly. When I was just about maintenance, I was packing on pounds pretty quickly and eating very clean. It seems to really love the carbs and add on weight quickly when they are in play.

I look forward to running this again in the future at a higher dosage and possibly when attempting to bulk.

All in all I was pleased with Epi Elite (Epistane Clone), my first experience with a DS. I definitely recommend giving it a shot if you’re interested.

AZ Caregivers

June 10th, 2014

caregiversA close friend of mine is scheduled for spinal surgery (anterior cervical decompression) next week. The surgery is to address severe herniation of her C5-C7 discs. She has tried PT and cortisone shots with no improvement, and her doctor is very concerned about the level of weakness and numbness in her right arm. So, surgery is imminent! She will be staying with me for a couple of days after she is released from the hospital because she lives in a walk-up and I don’t, and the hospital is literally across the street from my place. I want to make her as comfortable as possible and have everything I need on hand. Other than medications, her favorite foods, plenty of water, and a never-ending supply of on-demand cable, what should I have? Will she need a supportive neck pillow? Are there symptoms or issues I should watch out for? I have read many previous questions about surgery recovery, but I’m concerned specifically about this one because it’s her spine and spines are pretty important. So I went online and asked friend to help me find caregivers in AZ.

Some of my friends recommended Care from the Heart AZ Inc. They said that Care from the Heart AZ Inc. is  a compassionate, licensed & insured facility serving Youngtown,AZ area with caregivers offering consistent, top shelf quality medication to qualifying patients. And they are looking to pick up a few more patients for long term relationship with good people.

The caregivers in Youngtown,AZ take full pride and compassion of their business as well dedication to helping people who truly need it.

They require that the caregiver paperwork must be completed before any transfers, must have valid ID & MM card and willing to register with one of their caregivers.

Under the advice of my friend’s doctor she got a medical marijuana card after complaining about the effects of oxycontin.

She goes to dispensaries and pays 300 an oz for good meds, and has access to all kinds of edibles and concentrates. A care giver I know would not have nearly as much as a selection, but going off of craigslist, they say they sell ozs between 190-240.

It is frustrating to me that a legal patient have to go through this nonsense to source their medication. The only (state-wide) legal way for you to obtain marijuana is through a caregiver whom you are signed up with through the MMMP. Dispensaries are (1) known to have high markups and (2) known to get shut down like a game of whack-a-mole in AZ.

If a caregiver has overages, that he is selling online, or selling to more than his/her own five patients, then  he is not just violating the law (not allowed to possess overages) he is making himself a low hanging fruit. (sorry Revelation, law says five only.) The patients want a consistent supply and getting raided trying to help cancer patients is no fun at all.

I have a friend who is a caregiver. She said it is frustrating to find the right patients too.

This is a big enough issue that I intend to do something about it. What I’d like to see is caregivers in Youngtown,AZ where patients and caregivers can go and get matched together in the safety and comfort of their home. I want to see an end to dispensaries ripping us off. I want to see an end to federal and state persecution. I know that this system can work for both patients are caregivers, legally, but I do believe it’s next to impossible with the infrastructure that’s available at the moment.

There’s a few collectives around the state that offer high quality meds for 130-200 oz. I’m in the same boat though, my mom need a professional caregiver who actually wants to help, not a glorified street dealer, and that’s what one of the problems are there’s too many of those. I’ve talked to people getting 1-2 oz a month free, just for being a patient. In Michigan the bill has passed to make bud available through their local pharmacies, however this won’t take effect until the Feds lower weed from a scheduled 1 to a scheduled 2 drug. Hopefully soon! I can’t wait for the insurance companies to pay for my meds.

South Beach Condominium

April 6th, 2014

flamingo south beachFlamingo has quite the reputation among people in S. Beach. At least a few years back it was basically the epicenter of the South Beach party scene. It is a great place to live if you are young and single. Two pools (one with a bar), beach volleyball, an outdoor basketball court, and a gym. Parties are often hosted at the pools on weekends with DJs, drinks, etc… There is quite an interesting mix of people that live there ranging from club promoters, young professionals, and even some families. The complex is also so large that different sections of the towers cater to different demographics. Back in the day the Center Tower was nicest and the area where you were most likely to find quieter people working 9-5 jobs. You can see more south beach real estate here. Some of the lower floors in the other towers can be more akin to a frat party. Some units are quite nice, others not so much. Renting it out to vacationers should be relatively easy given the location.

Toddler Tuxedo

February 17th, 2014

boy_19My sister bought her 2 year old son a tuxedo at Tuxedos Online for a pageant that he was in (and won!). She got a toddler tuxedo and shoes for $77  together. It was so cheap and she was a little worried, and when it came it was GREAT! eBay seems to be more expensive than Amazon, and by far, Tuxedos Online is the cheapest for the tux.

I got mine as a gift and I like it. I think it’s really neat. I don’t wear it much but it is in a special place but I’d like to show it to my kids one day. They are nice to look back on. Mine is 10 karat white gold with amethyst, my school symbol and school name, a stringed instrument (since I play guitars), and my name engraved on it. Mine was from Joy Jewelers. Joy Jewelers can do class rings for way cheaper! Click here to check out their class ring designs.

Chiropractic Treatment for Headache

January 8th, 2014

There are many techniques for headache treatment but chiropractic is awfully unique. It is a hands-on and drug-free approach that only relies on the only capacity of the body to cure itself. Chiropractic believes that headache originated from the structural anomaly of the backbone. Often times, these misalignments in the backbone will lead to defects due to the continual turmoil to the blood and oxygen flow throughout the spine.

To effectively cure migraine, symptoms should be addressed together with the cause. Chiropractic makes it a point to treat a patient holistically. The spinal manipulation, which is the specialty of a chiropractor, will revive correct alignment of the spinal bones. This may result to free flowing of the trail of blood, oxygen and nutrients from and to the brain. Additionally, the potential of treating headache is particularly high while there is also a massive probability that other afflictions, both perceived and real, might be assuaged by chiropractic.

The efficacy of chiropractic as a headache treatment has been well established. It is currently the best alternative medicine and one of the biggest medical professions to the present day. This should not be surprising because there are many unprejudiced studies conducted both by skeptics and professionals that had been printed. Along with living testimonials and satisfaction of many clients, chiropractic has made its way to declaring its efficiency all throughout the world. It is time for you to discover it’s healing wonders by visiting a chiropractic hospital near you.

Selecting migraine treatment is very important so as to be as good as practicable. There are several approaches to control headache but one approach stands out and that’s chiropractic. Columbus headache treatment

Migraine is distinguished by throbbing or pounding agony which could go from mild to insufferable agony. Due to this, the nervous system may respond with revulsion and barfing. The person might also report flashes of light or aura, sensitivity to light and shivering sensation in the extremities. Headache sometimes happens on one side of the head. It may last from a few hours to several days.

The etiology of migraine is still unclear. It is believed the brain undergoes hyperactivity that results to the vasodilation of small blood vessels that coils around massive vessels. This can trigger the pain chemicals to be released. This entire process may occur many times till the pain will become too significant that a customer will look for a headache treatment.

Patio Dog Door

November 27th, 2013

patio dog doorI have seen a lot of sliding glass doggy door panels for regular sliding glass doors, but not a single one for the size of my sliding glass door and second I need one with a pretty big opening, so when my boxer is full grown it can go through easily. I found a patio dog door and bought mine from Radio Fence. They have all sizes there had to get one for my brother’s big bulldog.

Rev-A-Shelf Cookware Organizer

November 27th, 2013

cookware organizerI bought the 12″ wide version (they come in different widths depending on the width of your base cabinet opening) to organize my pots and pans and it is sitting on the dining room floor waiting for me to get done with lighting and drywall before I install it. I also bought the 2-tier flat storage racks. I have a 240v outlet in the back of one side of the cabinet that I’m going to have to work around. I also took the time to glue down a 1/4″ sheet of oak plywood and seal it with polyurathene (sp?) to re-inforce the bottom and give it a bit more strength and something for the screws to bit into. My cabs are cheap particle board. Several years ago I installed their 2-basket trash organizer and it has worked well so I was confident in the cookware products.

Kendra Scott

November 21st, 2013

I love the Carmella Green Multi Stud Earrings Kendra Scott but they are reserved forever.  And then when they became available somebody beat me to them.

I ended up getting the Carly earrings in green, Turquoise stone link necklace and the large oval turquoise ring for my mom. I think that’ll be my Christmas present to her this year. I also ordered the Turquoise and Black Onyx earrings (Danielle) for mom. They show up today and the turquoise is GORGEOUS.  Love love love.  So happy.
