What&#8217;s even more enjoyable is to be able to play music using the piano or guitar. You will be able to express your feelings through the song and play anything you like after you have learned how to play the instrument. A lot of people are able to play a guitar. They are able to bring it anywhere and play it anywhere. It&#8217;s also a way to bond with friends by singing the songs we love while someone is playing an acoutstic guitar. The <a href="http://www.musiciansfriend.com/acoustic-guitars" target="_blank">acoustic guitars</a> may be one of the most used instruments because it can be brought anywhere. It seems easy for friends to have fun while making music.</p>

Looking out for treasure is hard but it is a lot more exciting when a metal detector is used. Things like silver rings or gold necklaces might be buried somewhere. Watching them try to find buried treasure and seeing their hearts leap when something is found is fun enough.</p>

Studies show that stimulating environment and the presence of beta-endorphin (the good mood hormone) lead to good cell growth in our brains. The Neurological Foundation of New Zealand says these factors affect brain health:</em></strong></p>
<p><strong><em>Regular physical exercise. </em></strong>This protects the brain and the way it processes information. Exercise boosts levels of brain-protective chemicals and reduces stress.</p>
